About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, and I've been working with children for over 9 years, and plan to continue for the rest of my life! I plan to recertify my Basic Life Support (CPR, AED, & choking for Healthcare Providers) and First Aid certifications in June 2023. I am currently looking for part-time babysitting while I look for full-time employment. I have experience working in the classroom (volunteer and an internship) and at home as a babysitter/nanny. I love working with children, and I also have interest in positive behavior management. I aim to not just provide supervision and guidance for the child(ren), but to actively improve the family dynamic when it comes to behavior and communication. I value openness from parents in order to enhance the child's development and interpersonal relationships, particularly within the family. I am dedicated to being a professional and caring leader for kids to look up to and for parents to feel confident in.
