Michelle is an exceptional human being. As a senior citizen, I am constantly challenged by this new world of technology. Many young persons understand all of these new concepts, but few of them can teach it. She is knowledgeable and patient. As a retired high school teacher, I can well imagine how effective she is with much students! Kindness and competency - an unbeatable combination.
