Hi, my name is Emma! I am an undergraduate student pursuing a major in business at Virginia Tech. I have over 2 years of professional experience in the childcare field, and for years I have babysat! I love all children; newborns, infants, toddlers, kids and pre-teens! Working with kids is something I adore doing! Being able to positively impact their days and help them learn and grow in any way I can is such a joy! I firmly believe in recognizing and embracing the unique qualities of each child, and tailoring my approach to align with their distinct personalities, interests, and specific needs. My commitment to prioritizing child safety is paramount, and I consistently demonstrate an organized and detail-oriented approach to my responsibilities.
