Whether you hire Ashley as a full-time or part time nanny, she puts her all into her job responsibilities to ensure that the children under her care are safe, happy, entertained and stimulated. Ashley and I worked for the same employer/nanny family for approximately one year together. I trained Ashley to serve as the nanny to cover my PTO as well as the evening/night shift and occasional weekend shift nanny for our mutual employer. Ashley acclimated to the household remarkably fast and proved herself to be punctual, organized, and a quick learner. She was able to almost instantly adapt to the children's busy schedules which included school, dance, gymnastics, and ABA therapy sessions. Her other responsibilities included utilizing ABA therapeutic techniques for children with ASD, potty training, preparing meals, light housework and assisting with school work. As her former [nanny] coworker, I would be delighted to work with her again and can say with confidence that any family would be fortunate to have her as a primary or secondary nanny.
