About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate and funny! I have always had a passion for taking care of children, because I had a rocky childhood, and I find peace in being a great part of any kids day, and being able to help them learn and grow. I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring my daughter with me. I'm a single mom with no family in Virginia. She is 18mo, such a sweetheart, and loves to be able to interact with other kids. I've been taking care of kids in my family since I was at least 10. I started babysitting when I was 15, Nannying when I was 17, then went to cosmetology school during the day and CNA school at night. Once I had my daughter I started working as a nanny again. One thing you should know about me is i'm very compassionate, understanding and open minded. I understand everybody has a different way of parenting and I want to be whatever kind of hope that you may need!
